About the Restaurant Name

The airport property used to be farmland belonging to the Nesja family in the early 1900's. The airport is a gateway for people flying into the area, and what a better way to give them a sense of why Wisconsin has been known as Dairy State.

The traditional family farm is becoming a thing of the past and we would like to make this place to bring back the feel of "The way things used to be" where families can come and enjoy a great meal in the atmosphere of what many of us grew up with.
